Online Personal Tax Payment Instructions

    1. Go to: https://www.irs.gov/payments/direct-pay

    2. Click “Make a Payment”

    3. Choose “ Form 1040-Income Tax”

    4. Choose “Balance Due”

    5. Type the Tax Year “Tax Year on Voucher”

    6. Please use a prior year to verify your information on the next page

    4. Choose “Extension”

    5. Type the Tax Year “Tax Year on Voucher”

    6. Please use a prior year to verify your information on the next page

    2. Click “Make a Payment”

    3. Choose“ Form 1040-Income Tax”

    4. Choose “Estimated Tax”

    5. Type Tax Year “Tax Year on Voucher”

    6. Please use a prior year to verify your information on the next page

    1. Go to: https://www.ftb.ca.gov/pay/bank-account/index.asp

    2. Click “Use Web Pay Personal”

    3. Enter the Primary taxpayers Social Security Number and last name

    4. On the next page, fill out your personal information

    5. On the next page, click “Tax Return Payment”

    6. On the next page, choose the tax year the payment is for, along with the amount and date you'd like the payment to pull from your account. If it is a joint tax return, click "yes" at the bottom

    7. If it is a joint return, you will have to fill out your spouse's information on the next screen

    8. On the next screen, enter your banking information and continue

    2. Click “Use Web Pay Personal”

    3. Enter the Primary taxpayers Social Security Number and last name

    4. On the next page, fill out your personal information

    5. On the next page, click “Extension Payment (Form 3519)”

    6. On the next page, choose the tax year the payment is for, along with the amount and date you'd like the payment to pull from your account. If it is a joint tax return, click "yes" at the bottom

    7. If it is a joint return, you will have to fill out your spouse's information on the next screen

    8. On the next screen, enter your banking information and continue
